The Piece De Entrance

I just finished this entry for a client and love how it turned out. She wanted it to have a coastal vibe to play off the other rooms we have completed. Remember this sunny porch -- Here. She wanted the entry to be just as inviting, yet sophisticated because it leads into their "formal" living room.
More on that later.
The Thibaut wallpaper (pattern: East Gate) is a grasscloth with a Chinoiserie pattern. You can check it out here.
She wanted to use her heirloom chest in the entry, but it's dark finish was too heavy for the space. We had it painted Silver Half Dollar (Ben Moore) and Ann added detailing to play off of the wallpaper. Hardware is on order.
These amazing lamps are from HomeGoods. They are artichoke in shape but made out of shell conglomerate. They are stunning and were found (sadly) at another town's HomeGood's mecca. These babies came all the way from the Grand Strand!

Wait until you see the Living Room! I love how it all flows and I can't wait to show it off.

In other news...
Don't forget to visit the home we have decorated for the Parade of Homes! You can read more about it here. Everything (yes everything) will be for sale! We have partnered with Studio 123 in Raleigh to bring you amazing pieces. The walls are decked out with beautiful art by Kristin Gibson. April 27-28 and May4-5. Stay tuned for a preview sale and blog event!
