Our clients had a beautiful canopy bed with an Indonesian style and a pair of French/Indonesian chairs bought a few years back. The client gave us a little direction and asked that we use white, green and gray. That's about all we got. The room screams Emerald, the Pantone color of year. I love it paired with gray and know it will stick around for years to come. The coffee table (in it's former life) was a red ming shaped (beat up) table used in the kids' playroom. Painted in white enamel, it is sophisticated and the perfect accent to the rug.
The before picture of the master (below) was a reflection of the sweet older couple that were previous owners. The new owners wanted something updated and fun and to give it a new look, we re-oriented the space.

The best place for custom pillows and a mix of fabrics is Etsy. The prices are good and you can't beat the craftsmanship. HomeGoods accessories mixed with some of the couple's create a pretty table scape. The cane chairs (previously with burgundy cushions) were reupholstered in a crisp white so pillows can be changed out.
While we were lucky to be able to run with it, I must say, finding a jumping off point for this space was a little tough - where do you start with all white bedding? We found, truthfully, that you really can't go wrong. Add in color through out and keep the focus of the room white for a serene retreat.
