When the 90's called and said they wanted their bathrooms back, we had to make some major changes.
This powder room serves as a full bath for the pool. It needed some fun touches so we replaced a faux marble top with a pale aqua glass bubble tile. It adds an unexpected touch to these existing cabinets and a twist to a solid surface.
This bar was a dark wood with a mirrored backsplash and brass knobs. I had it painted Ben Moore's "Sea Haze" and added another glass tile and oil rubbed bronze fixtures.
This master bath was plagued with strange angles, mauve floral wallpaper and a bidet. We replaced everything. Tile, tops, cabinets and plumbing. We added a custom linen cabinet where the bidet used to be.
We enlarged the small shower to create a large spa-like steam/rain shower.
These double vanities are accented with glass tiles...
and clean lined chrome fixtures and glass knobs.
The glass knobs carry through to the recycled glass sconces and add an unexpected element.
Their two sons got a new bathroom because their old one was covered in dated wall tiles. The aqua and gray is carried throughout the home so each room flows seamlessly to the next.
